I've been doing my taxes with them for the last 2 years , however this year it took me a week to get in hold with him regardless of the high price he charged me every time 250$ for simple tax return,  just the fact the he had my file.  Took my business else where and found out they charge 120$ for tax return fast and efficient . I don't recommend this guy at all . Go find your self a good respectful accountant. Tax season was stress-free this year thanks to Ron and his company. He made sure that everything was filed timely and accurately, without paying an extra penny. I used to do my taxes on my own with Turbo Tax, but it kept changing on me every year, pushing for features that I don't need, and throwing wild estimates. Sitting in a office with a person, and throwing them all my questions, ideas and concerns gave me a better understanding of my taxes needs, and how to prepare for next year. Originally, we had done 1800Accountant but their failure in actually assisting our business led us searching desperately for an actual CPA, which thankfully brought us here! I first engaged Ron's services the  year my son was going to start college. We were trying to get the FASFA documents filled out, and it is tricky, so you have to make sure your taxes are done correctly. When the pandemic hit , Ron reached out to me and encouraged me to fill out the PPP documents and I was able to get funds to get through the pandemic.Later on, we were going to buy a house in Florida and once again I reached out to Ron to write a support letter to the finance company. I did not have a good experience with him and will never consult him again for my tax purposes. I left my taxes with him for two weeks for them be amended. The second week I wasn’t feeling well to pick up my documents, so I was being courteous not to go into his office. I contacted him that following week, and he said that he was in the doctor’s office to just come by the office that Monday around 3:30 to 3:45, and I did. When I got there, he was still with clients, so I waited in the waiting area until I saw people leaving. I then knocked on the door to go in, and there was a man waiting there. Ron did not inform me that he had several clients on that day, and it was already 4:30 ( 45 minutes past the time he told me to come by). He then asked me if I could come back the next day at 3 o’clock, so I asked for my documents and left, never to return. I don’t feel as if he valued my time. He acted as if my services were not important. I won’t tolerate anything less of curtesy especially when I am utilizing a person’s service because there are hundreds of people in the Plano area who prepare tax returns. I’ve looked over the reviews and I’m trying to say something different here. Ron is indeed great at his job as many other reviewers have pointed out; he has excellent communication skills, he always seeks to get you the best possible return, he’s efficient, practical and professional. I’ve always felt very well taken care of by Ron. He truly enjoys his work, respects his customers, and values small business. Whenever I visit with him, via phone or email, I feel as though I’m speaking with a friend. Ron went out of his way once to make sure I had documents I needed for court after I couldn’t find my original copies. I emailed him the night before requesting his assistance and they were in my mail box the next morning. He also added an accompanying letter explaining what the documents were. He didn’t have to add the letter but it made me come off as far more professional and knowledgable when presenting the documents. I have been using Ron for 2 years since I moved to Dallas. Granted, I am not the best client as I tend to procrastinate but he always makes time for me and makes real-life recommendations to maximize my return. Anyway, besides taking care of return, you'll get an earful of advice (bring a note pad).
